What size are your signal flags?

Our signal flags are 8" x 8" with a casing of 1" for horizontal banners.
For vertical and valances the casing is 1 5/16".

What are the flags made of?

We machine-stitch our flags from high-quality fabric. The fabric has the texture of a fine
dress shirt and we love the vibrant colors. There is a white lining on the back of each flag.

The flags can be washed in cold water and tumble dried, low. A few of our flags do use
"Steam-a-Seam" (TM), so do not use a fabric softner dryer sheet.
When ordering please make sure that you enter the amount of flags that you want.
Each flag is $9.50 each.

What types of banners do you sell?

We sell horizontal, vertical, and valances that are used for window treatments. Check out
our website for pictures and more details.

What are the costs for shipping and handling?
FREE SHIPPING- See above

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We use PayPal, which offers built-in currency conversions. You also can use PayPal to process a credit card order. We currently do not handle credit cards directly, so as to keep our costs down, thereby offering lower prices. Orders by e-check are shipped when payment clears.

How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped best method, insured. For continental US orders we try to use UPS. With APO/FPO, PO boxes, or where a rural surcharge would apply, we ship USPS First Class insured. International orders are shipped USPS First Class International, or USPS Priority.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for any reason other than flags being flawed or damaged during shipment. In the event of a damaged flag(s), we will arrange to replace the flag(s) on a per-incident basis.

Please be sure to order the correct item and orientation, and that your banner letters are listed correctly in your order. We also check over the orders and email you to make sure we understand what it is you want to spell.
Please email us directly if you have any questions, concerns or special instructions.

Orders are shipped only following receipt of payment.

What our your payment methods?

We accept both Google Checkout and PayPal payments . Both offer the capability to pay by standard credit card. Orders are shipped only after receipt of payment. PayPal also accepts E-checks which take about 5 days to clear, but credit cards clear immediately.

What about my privacy?

We do not share or give out your personal information to anyone. Your email address, street address, and phone remain entirely private, and only are captured to assist in the ease of ordering one of our banners.

We ship ONLY to the "Ship To:" address on your order ("Shipping Information"). You are solely responsible for giving us correct and accurate address information. Examine the email order confirmation you will receive upon concluding your order, to be sure that you've correctly entered the right address.

Your "Shipping Information" (Ship To) does not have to match your primary address (e.g., gifts). You also will receive a UPS link at the time we ship the flags for all orders in the US so that you may track your order. Notice of delivery confirmation to the shipping address constitutes final receipt of the merchandise.

We make Navy signal flags offered in message banners, nautical valances for window treatments, and vertical tapestry wall hangings. Our 8" x 8" flags are made entirely from fabric, and hand-sewn at the time of your order. We offer rope banners, window valances, or a vertical ladder we've invented, for when there isn't all that much space for a horizontal configuration.

The only difference in the banners is the width of the "casing" (the slot used for hanging). Each flag is entirely separate, so you can rearrange the flags in a different order if you want; they're not "stuck together" in a single line.
